My session fees are fully transparent and fixed at $105 per standard session and $110 for an intake session. There are no hidden fees or surprise surcharges.
How to Pay: All billing is handled exclusively through my secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal (Upheal). I accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure bank account transfers (ACH). I do not accept cash, checks, or peer-to-peer apps like Venmo or Cash App.
When You Are Billed: Payment is automatically processed at the time of your scheduled virtual session using the primary payment method saved in your portal profile.
Insurance & Superbills: I operate as a strictly private-pay practice. I do not participate with any insurance panels, nor do I provide superbills or documentation for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Clients are responsible for the full session fee out-of-pocket.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Notice:
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost before your treatment begins. Because my rates are flat and transparent, a standard course of care (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly sessions) typically averages an estimated ongoing cost of $420 to $440 per month. You will never receive a surprise bill from my practice. If you ever receive a bill that is at least $400 more than this established estimate, federal law allows you to dispute it.For more information regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate, you can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
